Default Atlanta eating and drinking joints

My wife and I ( kid free) will be in Atlanta the first weekend of April. Any must eat places or must do hangouts while we are there?

I can think of a lot if you were kid free for the trip lol. Atlanta is Great minus the traffic. For a kid friendly experience hit the ga aquarium, the Atlanta zoo, Stone Mountain, a braves game etc... as for food if you want an experience visit the varsity for hot dogs and burgers. If you want the best food and don't. Ind paying for it fogo is an amazing Brazilian steakhouse.

One of our favorite places to eat is Juicy Crab.

Seafood place, very much like Joes Crab Shack, where you get a crab pot.

You get to pick all the seafood, you want, then the type of sauces, seasoning.

Its very well priced, we normally have .5 lb snow brab, .5lb shrimp no head, .5 crawfish, and its 25 bucks a person.
Another great seafood place to go is Pappadeaux they are pricier, $50 a plate if you wanted the 3lb King Crab LOL
We also like Montana Grill, great steaks, burgers, you can get venison, buffalo and a couple other types of meats, $20-$50 a plate.

Give me a holler, if I am in town we will have you out on the boat, we are on Lake Lanier, just come to house, walk out the back yard and into the water.

    Google any of the following.

Zestos for burgers and ice cream.
Gladys Knight's Signature Chicken & Waffles.
Varuni Naploi - Italian - haven't been there but my friends say it's great.
Buca di Beppo - for big Italian food, it's a chain but I love it.
    Flying Biscuit - breakfast
    Fat Matts Rib Shack

And I second Pappadeauxs, it's a chain but man it is good.

My college sales buddies would always like to visit the dtown ATL strip clubs.
Claim it was the best talent around . . . then the mob busted one of the clubs.

    Yes, Fat Matts!
I was in ATL last month for work and went there for the first time.

We enjoy West Egg and Ria's Bluebird Cafe for breakfast.

I forgot the Clermont Lounge on Ponce de Leon. It's a dive strip joint with a very large woman that crushes beer cans between her very large boobs. Not sure if she is still there but it is an interesting place to stop and have a couple of Pabst Blue Ribbons.
