You have probably already noticed, on my mojo, there were exposed screw points up under the side seats. I covered mine with screw protectors and a rubber stopper.

I did not notice any! But frankly I didn't look! Yikes! I will pull them back out and check before I run all of the hoses! Thanks for the heads up!

Following. I ordered a 450 lb bag for under port seat but when I measured the area was full of gear and completely forgot about the heater in there. If I was to use this bag and just assume it won't fill all the way will it damage heater with the pressure? what are you doing to cover the big holes from heater vents?

My boat did not come with a heater. We are mounting it farther forward in the big compartment.

I would worry about it damaging the heater or hoses. But I'm not sure how it's all in there..

I don't have the larger 1450 bags (I need the storage) but this is what we did so the hoses weren't exposed. Essentially boxed in a compartment using the battery wall. Here is a before and after ....

One 12v and two 6v. All under the carpeted panel with the switch and volt meters

The heater is under the black box.

I had 1450s last season in my Mojo and they are just short of the heater so no problem
