This is what I wear in sub 50 with my drysuit. All I can say is....yup!
FYI the gloves are a pretty tight fit. Might be worth going a size up

been using O'neil Boost drysuits for 5+ years and they are awesome. Put on a lightweight pair of sweats under in and you stay nice and warm. I usually get a little water in around the wrists, ankles and neck if i take a good wipeout but they are great. Booties, gloves and a hood will keep you really warm. Wakemakers has the best price with the Moomba discount.

Exel 4/3 sealed seam with 5mm booties and 5mm gloves. 48 deg water but 60+ air temp.
When combo temps below 100
Bag type dry suit with snowboard base layer under and same 5mm booties and gloves.

Is there a reason these dry suits don't come with boots built in if your only wake surfing as that suit almost looks identical to the one I use for dive rescue except for the boots. I have a swift water dry suit and it is nice to just throw on a pair of wool socks and not worry about cold feet. The boots may be too clunky as they are like short rubber boots.
Some of maintenance on dry suits are: hang them up to dry, baby powder the gaskets and wax the zipper.
Avoid cotton undergarments. The thin insulating top and bottoms from Costco work well and a layer of fleece when it gets real cold.1998 Mobius

Tap a long hose into the engine coolant outlet hose. Make it long enough so you stick it in your wetsuit while surfing. Used to do that for jetsking..now i wait for warmer weather..lol
