You can't do a tower mount on the aviator tower on the Craz. It's waaaaay behind the windshield. You need a windshield mount. I have a CPA mirror on mine.

I have a 2016 I bought last year and surf system failed twice in half a summer. Once the whole screen failed and I couldn't even dump my ballast water. Missed half a season. Giving it one more chance this spring and anything fails and I am moving on. New technology but I don't have patience to be the guinea pig. Good luck.

What fixed the screen issue? New screen? Software update?

2017 has ENTIRELY different software and GUI for the screen/controls compared to the 2016.

Your new boat will come with the standard windshield mount cipa mirror unless you opted for the 140 degree comp mirror by PTM Edge. If you primarily surf, the standard mirror will suffice. However, I prefer the PTM mirror because we primarily wakeboard and it allows you to see your rider at all times.

I got some ratchet type transom straps at bass pro.
