    Default Thermostat help please

    This looks pretty bad to me... I can't budge it so far. How do I get it out? Total noob here dealing with this. Someone please walk me through what needs done and how to do it. Also links to parts would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Are these what I need for sure? Thermostat S985009 (160 degree) and Gasket S551004
