86 degrees and Sunny = Lake time. Pretty much had the WHOLE lake to ourselves.

A few more pics from our final outing of the summer! We just bought our boat in July and my 9 year-old finally surfed! Look forward to picking back up in the spring.

Thanks! The wife wanted to get the pic. she was thinking Christmas Cards. I agree.

So, at the end of September we get a day that's high 80's and sunny??? Um, what would you do? Yeah. Us too



The wife got the sunset surf.


And Sunset on the water is always magical.


I got the full on night surf. In Oregon you're allowed to ride until sunset. But in WA, you're allowed to ride until an hour after sunset. And when you're on a river that shares a border with two states, the more lenient of the two laws apply. So night surfing definitely happens!

*and no Gill Netters on the water tonight. So that was nice. And I really appreciate the runway lights on the trailer. (they're always a big hit at the launch too).
Hoping we can milk a few more days during October. This weekend is RAIN, so fall in the PNW will soon crush my dreams (until it gets cold enough to snow on Mt Hood).
