Default first 20 hour service on a 2016 moomba mondo

is it necessary to take the boat to a dealer to get the first 20 hour service done or do it yourself? whats yalls thoughts on this? just want to be safe!

fwiw, I had the first service and first winterization done at the dealer on my current boat. beyond that, I have done all my own since.

you will probably get some differing advice on this and mine would be to do what you feel comfortable with.

I would take it to the dealer because the first 20hr is more then just the oil change, they are supposed to check alignments, and other critical items.

After that service I always do my own, but on both boats I let the dealer to the 20 and check everything out. Normally the first service the dealer does as part of the sale, but I understand not all dealers do it.
