Anyone changed out the horrible horn on their boat yet? The horn just doesn't do it justice in my opinion.

We joke about mine. It is lame sounding in the boat but if you've been in the water and pressed it, it is actually very loud and I feel efficient

My Dad bought a new Cadillac Eldorado Convertible in 1976. He had it for a few months and was in traffic and had the need to "HONK!!!!" at someone. Instead he got a "beep" that sounded like it came from a girl's scooter. He was so pissed he went to a boneyard with a battery and tested out horns all morning. He added about 5 more horns and threw away the original. Then, when he would hit it, it sounded like the end of the world was coming. Ha ha.

Stand outside the boat and have somebody press it! It's quite loud and I like it.

Literally so loud that YOU will jump when you push the button. Even though you KNOW you are pressing the button!

I was actually laughing out loud on that one! Haha....that may be worth 250 bucks...but on my truck not the boat haha

Just remember that girls on docks wear bikinis. And they tend to jump when startled by loud noises
