Tie Down Cleats
Our 2001 Mobius does not have tiedown cleats. Any suggestions on the best location to mount some. How about those pop up cleats on the Supra Launch. Can we install those on the Mobius gunnel?

Granite,
I was told that you can install the pop-up cleats on virtually any model. Our 2003 Outback LS could have been ordered with them (hind site is always 20-20). I am considering locating mine near the side of the windshield (both sides) and close to the rear bench seat (also on both sides). The cleats I have been looking at are about $65.00 (US) a piece from Overtons. Man do I wish I would have just ordered them with the boat.Jeff

Pop-ups!
Pop-ups are the best, I have an '03 Outback and we mounted ours exactly where your talking about. The best thing is when docking or rafting up with some buds, you can tie the bumpers to the cleats or to the tower and leave the cleats down and out of the way.
