    Question fuel filter (s) for 2008 outback 325 Assult engine

    Having a big problem in this heat with vapor locking after running then letting it sit while swimming. just will not start. want to begin by changing fuel filter but not sure A) where it is located (may be an inline somewhere) and B what the part number is. any ideas

    If same as a 2007 Outback DD, the fuel filter is accessed via the rear, 2-piece sundeck. Open the sundeck and locate the screws which hold the inside compartment panels in place. Remove the screws and lift out the panels. You will see the fuel filter secured above or behind the fuel tank. Easy remove and replace.

    if it is a v-drive like my 07 LSV then you just need to remove the back seat and the fiberglass cover and it is on the drivers side. Really easy to see and change. Here is a thread that talks about the part #https://forum.moomba.com/showthread....r-a-Mobius-LSV

    Thanks guys mine is a 2008 outback DD but I bet it is the same as the 07 I will go through the rear 2 piece and look there Thanks again.
