    Default Tower Speakers/ Boat Cleaning

I've just recently purchased an 06 Mobius LSV and would like to know what brand of tower sspeakers are the best. (Looks & Sounds ) NOT PRICE. I would also like to know what is the best method to keep the seats in new condition. What are the best products for washing and waxing the hull

I'll answer the less techie question - just cause.

Best Protectant : 303 Aerospace Use on everything but carpet. Makes Armorall look like pea soup. The vinyl company reccomends it - can't get better than that.

Best Spot/Stain Cleaner :Marine Spray Nine - Use inside and out, but use rinse w/ water after - strong stuff - but very safe.

Boat Wash: Meguiars Gel Wash Lots of others are good too, this leaves the fewest spots for me.

Wax: - Still working on what is best for me. Can use 303 for a quicky. Lots of other suggestions will come I'm sure.

Inside - wipe everything with clean water, and dry. If it is "dirty" - use a little cleaner, then water, then dry. Once dry - use protectant and wipe clean. Done.

Outside - lots of suds on a SOFT boat brush or wool pad, lot of fresh water. Dry, and wipe down.

    Wax quarterly.

If she is kept outside, get a Cover-cover.

Welcome to the family. Enjoy taking care of the new purchase.

    Hope this helps,

    Joe

I have a set of Sampson 720 speakers with the polished cans and Focal speakers. I have them attached to a 600W amp and a 10" Clarion sub. They sound great. The nice thing about the Sampson Sports speakers are that they pop off for easy removal and swivel 360 degrees. These are great...check them out at www.sampsonsports.com. They have another model too that has two speakers connected together in each connection for a total of 4 speakers that can be removed.
