Boat has sat for 4 years

My '07xlv hasn't been out for 4 years. I plan on replacing the batteries, changing the oil, transmission and v-drive fluids, changing the impeller. What other things should I address?

Sea foam in first full tank of gas. I would start and run motor at idle for 10 mins before changing oil to knock any sludge around if there is any. Other than that all fluids and see how she runs.

Ditto with ice. Get all the old gas out, flush the line as best as you can and replace the fuel filter.
