Raptor 400 Oil Change

I know there has to be a Million threads out there on this, but I cant seem to find one of them.

I'm a fair wrench, but have never changed Engine oil on a V-drive boat. What is the best way to drain the oil and change the filter ect? I'd love to hear any tricks or tips.
Boat is a 2015 LSV, and This will be the first oil change on the engine.

I need to DIY simply due to my dealer being hours away, and it just being easier myself.

Questions:

Oil suggestions?
Amount?
Filter Suggestions?
Other items to inspect?
