Nav light switches, bilge, blower, horn and streo switches not working

I have a two battery set up using a blue seas add a battery. The set up has worked flawlessly over the past few years, but this year i discovered both batteries were dead (even though I did my normal routine of leaving it on a battery charger/mantainer). I replaced both batteries and now it will turn over, but the horn, blower, and switches (nav lights, bilge, stereo knobs) will not work. Is there a master breaker I need to reset or something I need to try?

There should be a breaker switch near your batteries mounted to the wall, it is on the helm accessory lead, should be a 6 or 8 gauge red wire.
