    OK got mine all mounted. With the seat all the way forward there is 6" between the driver seat and the backrest. Slid all the way back they will hit.

    Thanks! FYI for the guys that want to save room they can be made straight. It will take some comfort out of the seat but it will still be nice.

    How much weight do you think can be applied to this? I imagine people using it to lean on to get up.

    It's solid probably stronger than factory because there aren't any joints.

    My only concern is someone leaning on it to hard and cracking the fiberglass.

    I'd be really surprised if that would happen. It is really solid with me leaning on it. I didn't get to see if the new ones are bolted through or how the backing is on it.

    Yes they can do 13 as my boat is a 13.
