I had the pink mold. I found just exposing it to the sun for a couple of days killed it. I was not happy that it happened because I paid to have the boat wrapped. A lot of money for nothing. Now I just use the cover, leave room for circulation by removing everything and put in the West Marine heater/fan with some silica and have had no problems.
