    http://www.knukonceptz.com/

I've also used monoprice.com but I'd say the Knu stuff is nicer but more expensive.

Pretty much same stuff I have always used, only complaint is stripping the larger wire, I have to use a razor.
Really nice wire though, soft enough it form and shapes really well.

Thanks guys. Y'all use their stuff for the speaker wire too? I think the wires in my tower right now are pretty small and crappy, I'd like to upgrade to 12 ga. for the 4 new XM9's!

    Yea basically the same stuff.

My tower came with prewire in it for 4, but I still had to run lines for the 5-6 speaker and used this stuff. It gets pretty hard pulling these through at times due to the thickness.

Whatever you do, avoid the low cost lure of CCA wire. Many hack installers use this stuff to lower the bid and win the job. What is CCA wire? Copper-clad aluminum. Basically aluminum wire dipped in copper to provide the appearance of copper. It certainly offers an appealing face value based on the significantly lower cost per foot. A dead giveaway is that it weighs much less per a 50 foot roll than OFC wiring. CCA wiring gets twice as hot when carrying high current. So it wastes twice the energy. And the resulting voltage drop reduces the amplifier power that you so dearly paid for. Here's the worst part....the terminations. Everything appears fine for perhaps a season but eventually the terminations begin to arc and burn until the connections pass very little current. This stuff is junk.

What size wire would you recommend for Kicker KMS674C HLCD set up on the tower? Im ordering the wire from Knukonceptz. Thanks.

    Medic,

That depends on the amp wattage, more so than the speaker. However, pushing the KMS67 to their potential, 14ga pair for each side, will do. If you need further details, dont hesitate to seek out advice from your Kicker dealer. They will know the ideal amp and proper cabling size for that application.
