2005 Mobius Rear cushion panel removal

I am taking all my seat cushions to be re-upholstered and have gotten everything out without much trouble except the rear panel/cushion. I have removed 4 large screws from the back (from inside the storage compartments) and the port side seems to be (fairly) loose, but the starboard side seems like there is something more holding it, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is... any ideas???
