Default Ghetto gate or skateboard ramp

I have a 2009 LSV and I am wondering which one of these would work the best. The ghetto gate or the skateboard and velcro. I am plumbing in two reversible pumps and I will probably run two 1100's in the rear and the IBS 550 in the front and the current 400 or 500 in the belly. Last summer I listed the boat with the one 1100 and the belly and 400 up front and was able to ride ropeless. Just looking for suggestions. Thanks

I used a ghetto gate on the LSV and had a great wave. Never tried a ramp.

Yea I guess the ramp is a newer thing that has brought the ronix shaper out but, $600 is a little steep. I may try both.

From what I have heard and yet to see it in person the "ramp" style works pretty good. I had to go check out the Ronix Wake Shaper first hand and see why the price is so high. Well came out with it's was worth it's money on the design and build. Amazing how light it is and the velcro is very strong plus it floats in case something happens and it comes off. Also having the spacers are a plus to keep it evenly secured to the boat. As posted on other threads I can help out on the price also. Pretty much boat show deals on all new gear. Good luck in your search and keep us posted on what route you take.

With the ghetto gate I ran even. 800 in each rear locker, 400 in the floor and 550 in the bow. Seemed to be the best setup.

Yeah I have seen some really nice ghetto gates. I may go that route for now. I really liked the ronix because the ability to swap so fast. I believe the price will work it's way down eventually. Plus I am waiting to see some real reviews on it instead of just ronix videos.
