    59 all day as reported by people who owned boats and were out yesterday, got back in that boat owners club today and hit 60 on the way back.

    Generally the river is always colder then Hagg, but with the sun the last two days I guess the surface could be 60

    Willamette was 54 yesterday per my temp gauge by the portland waterfront where they log the temp.

    my temp gauge is always almost spot on to these graphs...



    I don't see the columbia jumping 5 degrees above what they're logging...
