Default filling 900LB bags pop the fuse for the bag pumps?

This happens only when we are setting up the boat for someone to ride regular. Once the bags get over 75% full (900lb bag), they bow in plastic walls and push up against the fuse/hoses in the engine bay. This causes the bag pumps to shut off completely and the bag gauges on the digital LCD reset back to 0. I have to open up the engine bay and push on one of the black hoses to get it to reset itself before the bag pumps will work again.

Anyone else have this issue? If so, did just adding the plastic wall reinforcement fix the problem?

I have 900 rears as well and my port side used to bow in and actually bent the grap out of the bottom plastic channel that the divider panel sits in to the point it was useless.

I replaced both bottom channels with a 4-ft piece of aluminum c-channel I picked up at Lowes ($20). No cutting required, just drilled and counter sunk holes, and used same screws. Here's a link for what I purchased: http://www.lowes.com/pd_215771-37672...ductId=3053591

Also, installed WakeMakers engine divider saver which is aluminum not plastic: http://www.wakemakers.com/engine-div...nel-saver.html

Both sides are strong and not bowing ... Really easy and took me about 2-hrs to do everything for both sides.

    Hope this helps ...

Yep sure does ... I figured that this was the right play ... I too need a new bottom channel. Thanks for the link
