We have not had a failure on a Autoflow ram yet at our dealership. Lenco rams do fail as we have had them on cruisers for years. I would check the power coming into the ram and if you have power more than likely the ram has failed. It is under warranty and your dealer will swap it out. If you don't have power it could be the PDM module or the screen which controls it. More than likely it is the ram. The system can see if the ram is in a bind and the amperage jumps up. It will usually keep the ram from moving. So check and make sure nothing is binding on the plates and that the plate has a bit of wiggle in the up position.

Alright took the starboard actuator apart and the black wire( spade connector ) was unplugged so apparently it was poorly connected at the factory it would be hard to work loose as there should be no movement inside the actuator? One of those wth!
