Default Selling 3 pair stock Kicker speakers from the 13 Mojo.

Upgraded in the offseason and these speakers are just taking up space. Make me an offer if you are interested.

Exile audio, added 12 sub and xm9 towers. It is very loud!

Do you like the exile over the factory kicker?

Listen to the video. Much better and MUCH louder with the right amps. We like to hear our music when we ride, so the upgrade was necessary.

Keep a few things in mind before any blanket assumptions are made.

Bama is comparing the Kicker speakers that came out in 2013; we have redesigned the entire Kicker line since then, so you cannot assume that the comparison applies to the current Kicker offerings. The other key point is that any consumer-grade video recorder or smart phone has an auto-adjusting pre-amplifier after the microphone. It automatically adjusts the record level as you are doing the video; therefore preventing any objective audio comparisons. It levels everything out, so that all sounds are recorded close to the same level on the video recorder.

    FYI

Its also fair to point out that an amp change was also made. This means you are hearing some of that wattage increase and not 100% of the change in speaker sound. In order to compare the speakers, you would need them both powered and tuned the same.

Good points. I am not saying the kickers are bad, I was just not sure that the kickers would have held up to the rms I was going to run through them. Kicker makes a great product, I chose to change my speakers and wanted all my audio equipment to be the same.
