Coming back from all you can eat crab leg nite at a bar and grille down the lake, 10 miles, we get flagged down at dusk by a boat with two older couples, their 19 ft I/o shit the bed.. We were like their last chance. Hoping to just tow them to shore. They had launched in the canal near our house. 8 miles up the lake we go in tow , added 75 minutes to our trip plus another hour home from the lake house...

Would do it all over again, it sucks getting stranded...

We ran out of beer 2x, 1 time was at LBC and we had to goto the Marina, not too much of a panic but still.
Second time was a couple buddies and me on the boat, luckily Claudia was on her way from work, she had to make a pit stop, we rationed the last round out just long enough.

Now I always keep a 30 pack in the cubby as a spare. No One touches it without announcing it LOL.

Running out of beer is almost as bad as running out of gas and day light.
