Default Theft proof your tower speakers

Has anybody used tamper-proof bolts or any other method to make their tower speakers theft proof? Occasionally I leave my boat out in the driveway and it would give me peace of mind if I knew they couldn't be easily removed.

I've filled the allen screws with silicon. It makes it a pain to remove the screws but it can be done. For a thief to spend 5 minutes a screw to take them out is likely not going to happen.

if you can buy the tool to mount them, a thief can buy the tool to remove them, just a thought.

I added my stereo value to my insurance claim. Only a couple bucks a year.

I would rather make it easier then harder to remove.

Harder means they will just trash everything in frustration.

As for my tower, I do snug up my speaker thumb screws with a wrench to make it so you cant remove them by hand, but I keep the wrench in my boat lol.

If I am really worried about my towers I will remove them and lock them in the truck.

Your best option is get towers that have quick release removal system.
