Pennzoil 15W40 Marine
Finally Got Some!
I ordered it through my local GM dealer at 23.50/case. Not too bad 1.96/qt...
Label says that it "Exceeds OEM Requirements" (probably easy to say) and that it has "PureBase" (not sure what this is). It says that it has "high viscosity and film strength for protection in high speed/high load applications".
I stocked up for 12 changesmadmax

I'm thinking of doing my own oil change next time on my 2002 Outback 310 hp carbureted engine. The Indmar manual says to remove the plug and run the "Quickdrain" through the hole and then remove the cap and drain the oil into a container. What is the Quickdrain? Is it just a hose that is already connected to the underside of the engine and capped at the other end? Is it standard with the Outback or is it an option?
