First time out after winterization

Has anyone noticed a small knocking or even a rattle when you first place in it gear? We noticed this last year, and eventually went away after about 2-3 times out on the water. It almost sounds like something in the transmission is needing some extra lube that may have settled during the winter. Should I wait a few times out, or just take it into the dealer and have them look at it?? Thanks.

On my 99 Mobius, I get a rattle and knocking noise if the cowling isn't aligned right and is bumping against the alternator. Other than that I've never had a knocking noise.
