use a host site like photobucket and link the url

I'm on a Mac at home, PC at work. Personally find using the attachments option a PITA. Photobucket, FlickR or similar is a piece of cake and they usually have the shortcut code [IMG] right there by the image to copy and paste into a bulletin board (aka forum). Plus you can usually upload directly from your phone to one of those via app and get to the sharing links as well.
So when is this "old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?
