The problem with a cork is you have to decide if you are a traditionalist that requires real cork or if you will stoop to using an, ugh, I can't even say it -- rubber cork. Alas, aren't the screw caps getting more popular anyway?

After finishing the bottle of wine in order to be able to use said cork, one may forget to uncork upon completion of surfing, which would result in the champagne bottle effect and said cork magically disappearing. Which leads to another bottle of wine needing to be emptied in order for.....
