Been scoping available spots through our timeshare over there since campgrounds are impossible to get into less than 9mo in advance.So when is this "old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?

Gonna rent a house on Hayden Lake just north of there this summer with another family. Would be fun to have a meet there in the Coeur d'Alene area anywhere (hayden, lake pend orielle)
