Install was super easy.
1) throw away bolt and spacer from OEM jack.
2) mount plate with supplied bolt (I put some anti seize on there)
3) Mount Jack to adapter plate using supplied hardware (the adapter plate is threaded so you don't need nuts)

Jack mounted:
(note, the jack has adjustability as the swivel part can slide up or down on the aluminum outer shaft. to adjust it, you loosen BOTH bolts on the jack's swivel piece and slide it up or down. I have the jack in the factory spot which allows it to go more lower than higher...)2008 Moomba Mobius XLV. HOW IS THIS PLATE FIXED TO THE EXISTING JACK MOUNT? ONLY WITH THE BOLT IN THE CENTER? So what prevents the plate from spinnig around? Do the srews that attach the jack on the plate go through the adapter plate and through the holes in the existing jack mount or only through the adapter plate?
The holes in my existing jack mount are 3" away from each other, center to center. does this plate will fit on my boatmate trailer?

The plate is attaches to the trailer via the one big bolt. it doesn't spin because of the parts on the back that you can see in this pic:
If I remember right, the jack screws only to the adapter plate. I think that plate is threaded for the 4 screws.
This was designed for boatmate trailers. That's the type of trailer I have.2008 Moomba Mobius XLV. Monster Cargo Bimini, WS Rev 410's, Polk Cabins, 3 Infinity Subs, PPI amps, WS420, Exile BT, upgraded ballast pumps, up to 3,500+ pounds of ballast, Blue LED's...

Ok so I ll order the plate. Did you have any problem with your 2 wheels f2 jack with this adapter plate? No cracking wheels....should I go with the f2 single Wheel?

I've heard complaints about the durability of the 2 wheel jacks. I'd opt for a single wheel if ordering.
