2014 lsv bow speakers

My boat didn't come with bow speakers but I noticed theirs wires under the seat for them. And you can feel the cut outs for them I'm thinking I just have to be brave enough to cut the vinyl and plug some in? Anyone else find this on theirs?

That is it. When the boats come of the the mold, they cut all the holes via jigs where or not they are used.
