    Default Binding Lubricant

Just wondering what/if anyone is using? I've seen some retail versions but have also heard that guys make their own. At my age, sometimes I feel like I'm going to hurt myself more trying to get my feet in the bindings than actually boarding...I'm always amazed how easily I can pull a muscle now a days...

What bindings are you riding that you would still need lube? I couldn't imagine using it in any current bindings.

We have a kid friend w/ huge feet and have been using the sunblock but it's expensive I guess. I'm gonna try the shaving cream.

Watered down dish soap. I know some people say it dries out the boots, but have had no problem for years.

Mark - my son wears size 15, so just about any binding needs lube!

'Hot Sauce' - no idea where it came from. Someone left it in the boat 2yrs ago. Just looks like expensive pink dish soap.
So when is this "old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?
