Bilge Replace Help.

Do you have to pull up the floor to replace the bilge on a 04 LSV? Malibu dealer is saying yes but I did not think so. Also can anyone help with a part # for the paddle wheel for speedo and I guess perfect pass also?

Should not have to pull floor, it should sit rght in the front of the v drive up against the fuel tank wall.
Follow the discharge hose from the hull backwards and you will find it.

I think skidim.com has the paddle wheel numbers
