Roswell Wake Air S.I. Team Rack bolts

I'm looking for the size of the Allen head bolts that secure this rack's backing plate to the tower / or clamp. I know it takes a 5/32" Allen wrench but not sure on length and thread size. Is this a typical machine bolt I can find at the hardware store or will I need to obtain from Roswell? I have the new Roswell Aviator tower which is threaded / I don't need the adjudtable clamp. Thanks for helping!

It's the crowned head so it sits recessed into the backing plate. Home Depot & Lowes only had Phillips heads. Still not sure on size.
