Thanks guys for the welcome I will definitely take care of her first order of business is to get her shining again little nervousness about first buff on gel coat but figure I'll take it slow hopefully it'll turn out good

Nice looking boat. The gel coat is thicker than the paint on a car but still be careful if you start wet sanding on it. Just buffing you have nothing to worry about-- just keep the buffer moving as always.
My Mom said I'm not allowed to get wet!
