2900-3000 rpm is where the wave cleans up

That wave doesn't look good, maybe one of the others can give some advice. Seems way to fast and more weight on Surf side, probably start at 9 and work up to 11?

You need to stand up with equal weight on both feet..

If you check my youtube channel there's lots of Surf videos..

Everyone seemed to sum it up but I will add also , drop your speed it will be easier for you,you can also crouch and touch the wake with your rear hand to help with your balance .

I always thought touching the wake with your rear hand was to look cool

11.1 mph is fine for the Mojo, but you need the right ballast setup. For regular, 1,100 full on surf side, 370 under port seats, off side at least 1/2 full, center tank full and IBS full. Wakeplate 75-100% up.

What Drew said. 370 or equiv. weight is a must. I use the 370 and still like to add the 2 fly high bricks at 150 each if its just me and the wife. Mojo needs lots of weight surf side. Also slow it down to 10.3 to 10.5
