center bag filling all the time problem

I have a problem with my locker bag. When im filling the rear bag we always have some water we go to the ski locker bag without need to push the center ballast button. Its the same thing if i throttle . Anyone can help me ?

Helps to post year and model of the boat. I'm going on a limb I'm going to say you have older then a 10 and you have sprinkler valves and it's got something in the valve causing it to not close, or the little black lever is in the manually open position. When you turn on a rear sac outs bleeding water through the center valve along with the requested valve.
