    Default Battery 2007, 2008, 2009 Owners

For the above owners, when did you replace the original battery (ies) that came with your boat? Or are you still running one or more of the originals?

2008 originals still running after years of being treated terribly. I know I'm on borrowed time though.

I replaced my original starter battery about 2 yrs ago. But my boat was an '08 bought in 2010 with 0 hrs. I did drain it down once or twice and just replaced it in 2012.

I replaced mine this year on my 2008 LSV... I trickle charged it all winter as I always do... It worked great 2 weeks before... The blower fired right up... Then I get to the launch and all I got was that click-click-click... So I guess I pushed it to far. Replaced last weekend...

That's what I had last time out. My second battery is only 2 seasons old so it should be OK but I need to replace the original one.

I replaced my original battery about 6 months ago. Got a marine battery at Autozone.

My boat stays outside all the time, and I'm sure the Florida heat shortens the life.

I have replaced my battery's twice. Wish I had power were I store the boat so I could put them on a charger over the winter.

Why don't you take them home with you for the winter? Are you still on the water in Jan?

When using multiple batteries, remember to always keep the batteries isolated from each other when not charging.
