We REALLY need to get him a pair of these... We each throw in a couple bucks we're golden.

So when is this "old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?

I talked to Heidi at Atlanta Marine Friday she said they had the Flow for a lsv stock boat they were going to install on she said she would let me know what the results are as soon as they take it out. So I know SC is shipping the system to dealers. And will be available on new boats soon.

My FLOW is sitting at the dealer waiting to be installed. I am waiting to see pics to see if it is worth the thousand dollars.

Again it sounds like your listing the boat to one side, Did you try to just put even weight in both sides and see what the wake looked like. I am going to buy this IF I can evenly weight the boat in the back and just flip that thing from one side to the other. If I have to transfer water then forget it I'll just keep what I have. Also please follow up in this when Atlanta Marine actually gets this I will make the trip to go surf this setup on a LSV for sure if they let me.

1,100 in rear lockers - we surf reg so reg side was full, goofy side about 75%, center full and we threw in an IBS. Set the FLOW in the 1st or 2nd position, wakeplate 100% up and ran at about 10.8 mph. I was driving and had wife & 2 kids in the boat.

I believe that was with the stock ballast system is why it didn't work as well

I'm not sure it works on any of the boats with stock ballast to the same level as a boat that is sacked out. I'm also not sure that it was advertised to do that.

Is it as easy to flip this side up & that side down to switch sides? Not if you want to optimize the wave you can get. I'm not sure any of the surf systems on the market work that way. They all require some tweaking, just like everyone should be doing every time out. Your wave/wake will need to be adjusted for people & gear on the boat, water conditions, rider, fuel level, how many beers are in the cooler, etc. My "setup" is basically a baseline that I adjust based the conditions we encounter when we get on the water.
