    Default oil pressure?????

what kind of oil pressure are you guys getting when cruising and when full of ballast and pulling? I changed the oil and serviced mine this year and I didn't pay attention to the oil pressure last year but It was running around 80psi when ballasted and pulling and around half that or just over half when just cruising. thanks for your help

Mine is a bit under 80 when we are under way - surfing, boarding or just cruising at 20mph without ballast. The gauge is certainly at the high end but I don't know if it matters. Calibration and expected operating range are unknowns and higher oil pressure isn't really a bad thing (to a point).
