Default Difficult Steering to the Left

I have a 2006 Moomba Mobius LSV and I replaced the steering cable because it was getting more difficult to steer at the end of last year, especially to the left. The replacement went smooth, thanks to all the previous posts in this forum. I have had it out a few times and it is still somewhat difficult to turn left, but much easier than before changing the steering cable. Turning to the right is very smooth. The boat is not limited in turning radius. I drove my buddies boat, which is identical to mine, and his was easy to turn left and right. I am wondering if my rudder port is the problem. Has anyone had this issue and ideas on where I should start? Thanks.

My next step would be looking at the ruder grease or lube the steering arms
