No sound from sub woofer on new Mondo

Just picked it up our new Mondo from the dealer the other day and all of the other speakers were working great. However there is no sound coming from the sub woofer any idea on why? There is power to both amps, it came from the factory fully loaded (Sony deck, Kicker speakers and Amps). Am I missing something simple or do I take it back and let them figure it out.

First thing is check the settings in the head unit, make sure if it has a Sub output option its on.
Check the Bass setting in the head unit make sure its not on -9
Check the amp that powers the sub and make sure the channel powering the sub doesn't have the Cross Over on HP. It needs to be LP.

Lastly if you checked all that, then might unbolt the sub from the floor and check its connection behind it.

I've heard of stuff coming loose during shipping. I'm sure they'll have it working soon, as I think that's an easy fix
