Raw water pump replace
Going to replace my raw pump when I get home today. Any advice? It looks like only 3 bolts attach it to the harmonic balancer. And a support bracket under the pump.

Raw water pump replace
Rubber mallet was to big to fit in between everything. I should have sprayed pb blaster on it but it didn't look bad. Some tips for the next person. Even if it does not look bad spray it before like Kane stated. I finally got it off with pb and a small ball ping. Hitting lightly all the way around and respraying and letting it sit. Took about 2 hours to get it off. Also noticed why I probably had a failure. The pump is original from 2003 so I think I got my money's worth. But the bracket that holds it to the engine had a cracked weld. So it was very loose. Which probably let the pump move side to side. I removed it from the engine bay and driller holes and put a stainless bolt in to correct the problem. Hopefully this will work. Glad I did it myself because a dealer would probably not have fixed that because of all the extra stuff I had to remove to do it.
