    He was talking about the upper clamp. I wanted to see how he did the surface mount on the crossbar?

    Default My 2014 Exile Install...

    I thought he posted that earlier in the thread, but realized that this was his second thread. He drilled right thru the crossmember and thru bolted the speakers. He then had to drill a hole thru the front tube and into the crossmember so that he could run the speaker wires into it. The hole in the tube was then covered with a plug.
