    Default Acme 1939 prop?

Does anybody run this prop? I have a kid that likes to barefoot and also wakeboard and surf and am deciding if I should go with the 537 or the 1939 . I have a 2006 lsv and the stock oj 13.7x17.5 doesnt cut it . My son likes to barefoot at 38 to 40, my boat right now wont turn more than 4600 rpms with the stock prop and about 36 mph. I was told the other props will make the motor rev higher.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Glenn

38-40 is pretty fast for a Wake Boat.

I have no real experience with the 1939 but I know several who run the 537 and it will get you to the 40 MPH mark but pretty close to WOT.

As for Wake Boarding and Surfing the 537 will depend on your weight but I have seen and been in a couple boats running 1500lbs with no problems wakeboarding for surfing.

Thanks , I did talk to nettles and he thought the 537 and then wakemakers suggested maybe the 1939. Both I think would be alot better than the stock. I dont run a lot of ballast, so the 537 should work good for me.
    Thanks again, love the site!

I have the 537 on my 13lsv. I couldnt imagine running 38-40 in that boat. 36 is fastest ive been and it was screaming in the 4500-4600 range.

Yeah, probably asking to much but having better bottom end will be nice for boarding. Thanks
