    Default ballast not filling

First day on the water and were having a little issue. The port side rear locker ballast isn't filling. the pump is getting power, impeller looks good and is spinning freely yet no water is reaching the pump. The other 2 pumps are working without issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated....I need weight!

Check that the seacock valve for the pump is open.

Is each pump on its own valve? The valves are on the starboard side of the vdrive right?

There should be dedicated valves. Not sure exactly where. Mine are on both sides under the v-drive.

Hose clogged? You can disconnect both end and blow into it. (suggest putting paper towel around fitting where mouth would go).

Seacock valves are open, next is to check the hoses themselves, is there an easier way to disconnect and reconnect. Having to heat up, and place those lines on their pump is miserable.

    Anyone else have any thoughts?

seems like it was an airlock. Took the boat up to 20+mph and filled/drained the ballast for a few seconds each and that seemed to have cured it. Thanks for the help!
