Moomba Flow Surf Available for 2006 and Newer LSVs
The thread I linked above was super easy. I added the IBS, and replaced my 2 rear bags with the 1100s. The IBS is filled from a line running from the top vent on my center bag. I use the bosworth valve which let's me choose if I want to fill the IBS or not. I also added the check valves which help get all 4 of my bags flat.

Where do the check valves go? Also don't think I'm going to need the Bosworth as I always like my IBS full. What materials do I need? Can you think of anything else?

My setup was pretty close to Drew's but I decided after talking with him that I didn't want the Bosworth valve. I basically put my IBS in between my center bag and the vent line. What I did was:
1. take the vent line from the center bag and change it to a 1 inch quick connect fitting
2. pulled a 1 inch line from the center bag vent line to the starboard fill port on the IBS
3. moved the vent line that used to go to the center bag to the IBS vent
4. added a check valve on all the vent lines to help drain the bags
I basically fill the IBS from the overflow of the center bag through the starboard fill port. It may not get completely full, but it gets pretty close and it drains well too. Pretty easy setup. I did make a bypass hose that I could use to connect the fill line for the center bag directly to the vent line for the center bag, to bypass the center bag and just fill the IBS, but I've never used it.

I was trying to pull up my order from Wakemakers, but it won't come up.
If you aren't doing the Bosworth, I'm not sure you need a Y. Mine is used for the overflow of either the IBS or the center bag depending on which way I have the valve turned.
I cut the hose coming from the thru-hulls at about 8". I installed the check valves there. You can see it here:

From memory I ordered:
Check Valves x 3 @ 3/4" (my vent line sizes)
Bosworth x 1
Y barb x 1 @ 3/4"
Stainless Steel Crimp Band Clamps x 10 @ 3/4", 6 @ 1"
1" to 3/4" hose barb
The necessary quick release connects (M/F)
1" hose and maybe some 3/4" hose, but not sure on that. I tried to reuse the original vent line from my center bag. I might have moved this to the IBS.
I ordered the crimp clamp tool on amazon, at the time they had a better price. That tool is very handy for clipping of cotter pins too.
That list is all from memory, so I might have missed a few things.Matt

What do you use the valve for? Do you ever only fill one?

I say keep it simple and don't use the valve.
