    Default NY to GA

    Has anyone out there flown with a wakesurf board? Headed to ATL in a few weeks and contemplating trying to take board.

    Chris looks like you can take it like skiis, golf clubs etc, just make sure it's in a good protected travel bag.
    Looks like it will be snow extras charge if it's loungers than 43 inches if you fly delta.

    Travel with ours to all the comps. We use one of these
    Liquid Force bags.

    I use the grey pipe insulation from Home Depot to protect the rails and hold it in place with blue painters tape. Then, wrap in in bubble wrap. Be sure to check it as a wakeboard. It's weird - not charge for a wakeboard, but as soon as they hear "surf" you will have to grab your wallet.

    You can also UPS or Fed Ex it to me and I'll have it at the lake for you.
