Unhappy Water cooler frozen / cracked

    Hello,

A boat has been given to us last summer, it's a 2001 Moomba Kanga. Everything was working properly but nobody told us how to handle the cold during the winter. And what was suppose to happen happened, it was very cold and the water cooler (or what we suppose to be the water cooler) froze and has now some cracks and there are now some small leaks.

The question is, what do we need to change/fix, and what is the price? The boat shops near us are closed and we don't want to get scammed when we go to one we don't know...

The cracks are on the part where "Indmar" is written, on the inside.

Here is one of the cracks (that's the biggest) :

Thank you very much for your help,

    Max.

Those are your exhaust manifolds, however the damage may be more severe than meets the eye. Check for water in the oil. Is it a milkshake consistency? Damage to the heads and or block is a serious possibility.

Sorry - can't help you with prices. But let us know your location and someone may be able to suggest a reputable shop or dealer.
So when is this "old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?

But note that this test/indication only works if you ran the engine since the damage occurred. If you haven't run the engine, you would need to drain the oil and check for water.
